The exhaust is very easy to install and the front header pipe and it’s 3 flange nuts are accessible without removing the left side lower fairing One that i really like the look of is the zard exhaust for the diavel 1260 that can be ordered euro5 homologated I was able to remove all 3 front header flange nuts from the left side of the bike
The only thing i removed was the front spark plug boot so i could swing the wrench a bit more. As denmark has strict controls on emissions and exhaust loudness, i am looking to get a homologated euro5 aftermarket exhaust Is there a manual or video for disassembling the complete exhaust system on the diavel 1200 gen1

I'm trying to give a list of what kind of exhaust i know are available and som project/ prototype Imo, from what i heard on youtube videos, the exhaust is a bit too loud for my taste and i actually like a meaty sounding exhaust but the termi is a bit over the top and to put the baffle in defeats the objective of some performance gain. I have xdiavel s and in my opinion stock exhaust is pretty quiet and soft But i don't have possibility to see/hear termignonis live, so if you have xdiavel with termignoni exhaust, please try to tell how loud it is compared to stock exhaust
Look at the pics i posted above of the baffle and you can clearly see the screw in the higher side of the baffle
Look at the pic i labeled the business end of the exhaust I am looking for an exhaust but not to many manufactures have any for the 2022 euro5 models The termi exhaust is my 2nd choice.
